Acute Disseminated Encephalomyelitis after Wasp Bite: a Rare Presentation

Though rare, neurological manifestations after single or multiple wasp stings have been reported. We report a rare case of neurological manifestation of acute disseminated encephalomyelitis (ADEM) caused by yellow wasp sting. Patient diagnosed on the basis of clinical presentation and MRI findings. Patient treated with intravenous Methylprednisolone 1000 mg / day for 5 days, which resulted in clinical improvement.
